Welcome to Scartleigh NS, based in the lovely environs of Saleen and the beautiful East Ferry. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive community. We place great emphasis on creating a happy place to work and learn in, where small things are done with great love and children are enabled to develop to their full potential.

We promote respect and encourage respectful communication between teachers, special needs assistants, pupils and parents. This respect is the foundation of our Catholic ethos. We endeavour to treat others as we would like to be treated. We welcome all faiths and none.

We aim to develop empathy for others and to educate pupils about their fellow pupils who have special educational needs. We create an open learning environment where all children can flourish, where all parties feel supported and included.
